She'Meka Ann's heel classes are geared towards all levels of dance. The purpose of this class is to heal, unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self doubt, while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is here to heal and push away any energy thats holding you back, while learning proper heel technique, becoming one with your body, building self worth and confidence all through dance and motivational speaking.

I think I caught a live!!! Finally! I'm too hype. Wish I was there. I can't wait to get into a choreography class. Dance is my born gift and passion. I love that all of us share the love of dance in some way, shape, or form. It's amazing. Be blessed.....And for whoever is reading this, Kepp dancing boo. You got this. I know because I am in that place. Go for it. Do what you have always dreamed of doing. I'll end with this: I remember when Whoopi Goldberg said this in "Sister Act II:" If you wake up everyday and you can't help but think of singing first, then your suppose to be a singer girl!" Well, I can't help but think of dancing every single moment of everyday that God grants me to breathe and I 'm going to keep practicing everyday, and get into a class and pursue my God-giving gift. We all have a duty to bless others with the crafts given to us. Find your loves and go hard for that shit every single day and keep your head up high. I love all of you. God bless and dance always!!!
