Hobbies, that's the key for me.
Always interested in learning, there's always something to get on with. Weather it be business ideas, 3d printing, programming.. I literally have lists and lists of things I want to do. Also hang out with friends and do projects with them and have a vision for the future.
I can be left alone for weeks and be happy and productive, the only thing that destroys me alone is if I get stuck on youtube, playing games also rarely interests me anymore and I feel bad.

Are these types videos for men without dads? My brothers never needed to watch these video had the same wife since high school . Or are these for guys who always get overlooked or disrespected by women ?

Great question, I’ll give you a great answer. First off, shout out to your brothers because it seems that they’re doing really good.
Second, here’s one of the main reasons. It’s for any man that needs it. About 4 billion men in the world, if they need it they’ll type it in and they’ll find it, that’s the beauty of the internet. And they may need it for different reasons, a reminder, fatherless, or just advice. Everyone needs advice no one has it all figured out.
Also, my personal reason for making these types of videos is so men can self improve. You can always learn something new and get 1% better each day.
A more deeper reason.. there are less masculine men than ever before. There’s many reasons why this has happened, I encourage you if you have time to just simply look up women speaking about the lack of masculine men. So my hope is to help
men, teach men, and encourage men to be masculine.
Lastly, 43% of Americans (i live in America) have no fathers in their home. Thats almost 50. 63% of kids that commit suicide are from fatherless homes. There is 100% a need for videos like these.
