Cantonese chicken
Cut chicken thighs into medium size cubes
500 g chicken thighs
Marinade
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs dark soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar
Then heat a kadai add sunflower oil,then add
1 cup chopped onions
Once the onions are softened add
1 tbs minced ginger
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs celery
1 tbs spring onions
Saute them and add marinated chicken
Cook chicken with lid covered on low flame for 5 minutes
Then check the colour and taste add add more , soya sauce or oyster sauce
1 tsp cornflour ( mix in water and add )
Then garnish with celery leaves and spring onion enjoy ❤️❤️❤️
Egg fried rice ♨️♨️
Cook biriyani rice with enough salt (long grain) in 1 is to 2 ratio ( for 1 cup rice, 2 cup water )
Heat a kadai , then add butter and sunflower oil, then add finely chopped garlic, carrots, celery, spring onion, saute vegetables on high flame and add cooked rice, mix really well , as shown in the video add eggs in the center of the kadai and once the eggs are Half cooked mix everything really well and garnish with enough celery leaves and spring onions
Sweet corn chicken soup♨️♨️♨️
Since we have all the ingredients for soup let’s plan soup for dinner
Cream style sweet corn 1 tin ( 400 g)I have used Fruitoman’s
Fresh sweet corn 1/4 cup
200 g boneless chicken
Chopped Celery
Chopped Spring Onion
Garlic cloves
Chopped ginger
Pepper
2 eggs
Salt
For the chicken stock
Pressure cook chicken pieces along with 2 stems of spring onion and celery, garlic cloves and ginger with 2 cups of water or u can take UPTO 5 cups of water according to the consistency, pressure cook for 3 whistles , off the flame and wait till pressure release
In a kadai add 1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger and then add half of the ground cream style sweet corn, ( grind in a mixer jar )then add chicken stock, chopped celery, chopped spring onion, leaves of both , boil until everything mix together, then add rest of the cream style sweet corn , add fresh corn and shredded chicken, boil for 10 minutes on low flame, add freshly ground pepper, add 1/4 tsp corn flour only if you prefer more thick soup , then on low flame add beaten egg whites as shown in the video
