I didn't know you can do that stalker hood plus 3 times bleed to E can do 1.6k damage to tier 8 opponents OCed. Also if enemy is inside the firewall he can't do anything to outrun the stalker hood.
Why do they eun when your lower health ? Do they not have cool downs is that why ? Trying to kearn bits and bobs soni can be a better olayer for when i have specilisation in pvp gear sets as i'm a new ish player

Second reason is that many players run with undead cape, this cape make u invisible for 6 seconds when you are 15% health. This cape is meta in almost every build and people expect it. in this specific one I'm sure you meant vs the dagger, he ran because 1st the battleaxe is very strong when it has e cooldowns ready, and also the dagger got outrotated and didn't hjave any cooldowns while abanedicus had his double e and stalker so he could one shot him if he didn't run
