    Ingredients:
    - 3 small glasses of rice
    - 6 small glasses of water
    - 4 and 1/2 tablespoons oil
    - 1 and 1/2 onions, thinly sliced
    - 1 onion, for blending
    - 8-10 cloves of garlic, for blending
    - 2 cloves, for blending
    - 1-inch cinnamon stick, for blending
    - A small piece of ginger, for blending
    - 6 green chilies, for blending
    - A small cup of fresh coconut, for blending
    - Coriander leaves, for blending
    - A bowl of chopped beans, carrot, and peas
    - 1 tomato, sliced
    - 2 teaspoons coriander powder
    - 1 teaspoon chili powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon biryani powder
    - Salt to taste
    - 2 cloves
    - 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
    - Bay leaf or palao leaf
    Instructions:
    1. Rinse the rice under water until it runs clear. Soak and drain the rice, then set it aside.
    2. Blend the onion, fresh coconut, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, and green chilies into a fine mixture.
    3. Heat oil in a cooker over medium heat. Add the cloves, cinnamon stick, and sliced onion. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
    4. Add the mixed vegetables, peas, and salt to taste. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender, then add the sliced tomato and fry for 1 minute.
    5. Add the blended mixture, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and biryani powder. Fry for 1 minute.
    6. Stir in the drained rice and sauté for a couple of minutes to coat the grains with the spices and vegetables.
    7. Pour in 1 glass of vegetable broth or water and 5 glasses of water. Let the cooker whistle once.
    8. Once the cooker has cooled, mix it well.
    9. Enjoy your Vegetable Pulao!
