Or tax bacha ne k liye tax planning kr skte hai kya !?

cess and surcharge both are tax on tax...then why u add total percentage (income tax%+cess%) to find total income...
suppose income=Rs 100
income tax 20% and cess5%
then total tax 121
but according to u this is 125
