The megatron skin is based of his 1980s design and thats why he has a mace because that was his weapon as well as he arm cannon. The reason u didnt recognize it is because he never had those in the Movies aka Bayverse.

wdym? he transform into a gun so that starscream can shoot but only in the animation version. the tank was for movie becos turning into a gun on big screen would be silly. you saying this makes you even more dumb and cringe
