Anyone that talks to you, they are your public servant in the government. They are required to answer your questions because you are paying them, you are not required to answer them because you have a right to not self incriminate. You ask them 3 times each question: 1. do you claim i property? 2. do we have a contract together that i property? 3. do you have a contract with any agent or officer at any level of government i property? They will have 3 no's and because of this it allows you now to be freedom and be a man or woman that is a supreme being above them, they have duties and obligations and man or woman has rights that can't be traded, sold or placed a lien[contract/ticket] upon.

Pennsylvania. Grazing on 500 acres. Building an on farm slaughter plant for smaller scale Jewish religious slaughter as a much needed alternative to the corporatized religious meat model which ever teeders on the brink of financial implosion. Something has to give. Too many Jews cannot access decent meat, and the weight of regulation is heavy on all religious minorities, not just the amish. Standards for kosher slaughter are immense. Why can't I sell meat to my co-religionists without the additional constriction of government. And why are Pennsylvania's supposed conservative advocates for freedom turning a blind eye to small farm meat, dairy and and food producers and consumers alike?

The PRIME ACT is just more federal over reach less government needs to b not more. If u live on border of a state by the prime act u can't sell to a neighbor, could b as little as a mile away!! We also know thet we was a farmer that was sued, I might get this wrong partly, because he was or wasn't buying grain from another state to feed his livestock.!@ we need LESS GOVERNMENT NOT MORE RESTRICTIONS.

I’m trying to find a better insurance company now. They will not insure my barn because the replacement cost would be $850k. Huge barn, solid oak, no electricity in it. We use it for hay storage and the stalls. They told us we don’t need a barn that big, so they will only insure for the part we use. What gives them the right to decide what kind of building I have on my farm?

Here is one problem I have with calling my representative. I am in Kentucky, however, I have an out of state cell phone. How do I get around that so I can have my voice heard in my state?
Our biggest problem is that there are not enough small processors in our area for the demand. We were all excited when we heard of a local guy who wanted to start up a processing business. But when I asked my Extension Officer about it he said he didn't think he was going to be able to do it because of the high cost in complying with the government regulations.
