I haven't heard of any Shadowlands specific addons, so I'd recommend just some general ones. Addon Control Panel, Azeroth Auto Pilot, Bagnon, DBM, HandyNotes (which will definitely have a SL plugin), Immersion, Rare Share, WeakAuras, and World Quest Tracker.

at 6:56 when you defeated the boss, at the middle of screen you can see all the items that dropped. which addon does that?
That's actually just the built in UI from Blizzard. It shows you what other people in the group received.

How can i open OrderHallCommander?
It completely replaces the default Order Hall mission table interface, so you just go to the mission table as you usually would.
