If I am not wrong, it relates to the thermistor property of a sensor.. and it varies based on the coefficient alpha based on the material of the sensor.. you just check on the internet about that thermistor material property. Most probably you will get these values.

In this kit, we got the voltmeter in volts and ammeter in ampere. So, no further conversion needed.
