There is a lot of quiet depth to Craig that we don't often get to see. It's nice to find it in places like this chat. As others have said, thank you for sharing the interview.

"Every now and then? I miss my parents. I wish they were alive so they could see this." - Sometimes I forget the people I admire the most are only human. Vulnerable human beings with problems and who get sad sometimes, no matter how successful and happy they are.
Craig is such a great man. I just wanna give him a hug now.

He must get tired of answering so many questions about alcoholism. Bless him for being open about it.

Did anyone else shout "TOOTSI FRUITSY" when he swore?

Two things that I got out of this: 1). Craig seems like a much shyer, more introverted person than his TV persona. 2). His burr is much more pronounced when he talks quietly like this.

That first family pic around 30 secs, I though that was Craig in the bg. He's the double of the his old man.

It really just takes a person who is comfortable w/ himself, confident in who they are and eschews society's silly notion that any emotional or physical contact between men is negative and/or sexual.

Pollak is doing wonderful work as an interviewer on his show and the fact he can crack the exterior has led to many fascinating interviews. At the end of the interivew, he said Craig had to come back one day for a second interview and even though I've heard him say that many times before and many times since, I'm still waiting like a child for that second interview.

My guess is because our society SUCKS. That' why I love his show. He performs relationships in real-time with humbleness.

Yes I think this is a great interview and Alborn did a great job...
But...how can a man who clearly needs a shave still be THAT sexy! It's wrong...so deliciously wrong (ps, although my moniker says Fred, I'm female, as if that matters).
