I poured countertops for a few years, a product called Shirestone. Anyways, they had these long styrofoam molds for the edges that could give you different edges. It was more of a process and i always thought about using a concrete mix though. Looks very cool!

Also we had textured stamps for the surface because flat didn't look good even after grinding.

Is that white countertop easy to clean? Cooking can be quite dirty....
