It is a motorcycle navigation app called "calimoto" from a german company. very famous here and one of the best motonavigations we have here. it also supports english and other languages, but it is a paid app and i dont know how the licence for you might be. in germany, we do have a "free to use" region arround your home base, and then you can buy a single-buy map pack and use it lifetime, or a year-subsciption with maps and extra premium features. Maps are worldwide, community features are also worldwide. Maps are from open-street-maps.
