Accommodation in Kumasi is cheaper than Accra. You should have tried living in Kumasi or Sunyani. Get a local friend in Ghana, that would be of a good help to you.

You should have sent him to rent control in Ghana and they would have called and instructed him to give you three months to leave his house if he still wants you to pack out his house. And next time when you travel to any country try to be friend with the citizens there. But we will misse you so try and come back okay?

It is strange that you did not go to Ghana police to handle this bully of a manager. Besides there are other buses that go to Lagos. I cannot comprehend why you would deal with this particular bus company. I have sympathy for you. Getting accommodation in Accra is not so bad once you get to know how the system in Ghana works.

@@markntiri8251 what about Miracle's peace of mind and the trauma she suffered as a result of the manager threatening to beat her up. The threats by the manager made Miracle flee from the apartment. Do you think that's fair? And what about other women or people's sisters or female relatives who may meet this manager and end up in the same situation as Miracle? So this manager should be allowed to continue his bad behavior with impunity?

That the manager would threaten to beat her is even strange to me, even if she dared him she'd overstay. Ghanaian landlords/house managers don't behave that way. And are very respected. She also said her mentioning of involving the police may have triggered him. Some Nigerians, especially their men can be very cunning/shady with stuff and wouldn't want to be exposed. People in such situations would do anything to avoid being embarrassed, even if it means commiting murder
If he had refused to refund her money, or cheated her, then she should involve the police

@@Travelwithmiracle1they have a lot of cheap accomodations in some areas in Accra. Try to be friend with some of the Ghanaian citizens and you are good to go
