@@Franco96GTA Ppl often forget that there are small cars that can cruise on the highway fairly good despite being underpowered in both spec sheets and real-life driving.
@@izzatfauzimustafa6535 I drive it around town and it's great. The few times I've driven it on the highway it's been very stable and the engine hasn't overworked. It also consumes little. At 130 km/h it is 14/15 km/l. Mine is 1.2, not Hybrid
Good times when FIAT used to offer this car with proper 4 cylinders, like the 1.4 16V Starjet 100hp (and the mighty 1.3 Multijet diesel 95 hp, punchy enough with low consumption). Now they only offer these 1.0 N/A minipimers on 500 and Panda, it's a shame.
Very bad shifting bro. This model has 13.8 secs to 100km/h. Check your timing belt, A/C or pressure plates on clutch. There is no way you would have 19 seconds.
I sold a 1.2 and bought the 1.0 Hybrid, the new one is better until 60-70kmh but after that the 1.0 is really slow and actually I rather had bought a Facelift 1.2 used then my 1.0.
I have the same car, but with the 1.2 engine. Performance are not so different, but fuel consumption is a problem in the highway with the old one. It's like a Ferrari when you are over 130 kmph. 6th gear it's a must have in the highway. But I love my little car, even if she loves to drink.
@@TheCrankshaftRotator I tested it: 1.2 5th gear 3000 rpm -> 110kmph 1.0 6th gear 3000 rpm -> 120kmph (Display speed, same tires 16 inches) Btw cruise control work much better on the 1.2
@@mrluken-official Okay, you're right, my calculation was for the Panda Mk2 1,2 from 2009 on. Same engine, but different gears, at least at the later versions.
I don’t really like how they put this new engine because they could at least convert the 0.9 twinair to mild hybrid…and before there were 3 versions from 69 hp to 105 hp but now you only get this engine or go for the abarth which it has 140 hp in the less powerful version…anyway have a nice day 🙂
A lot of cars today have small, economical efficient engines. 0-100 (kph) times are simply not relevant. The industry has moved forward since those days. Clearly you havnt. Your comment says so much about the attitude of todays drivers. People need to grow up. The UK roads are filled with bell ends who cant drive properly, drive too fast and cause accidents. I see it every single day. They get what they deserve. If you think a car like this is slow, dull and boring then perhaps you need to retake your driving test and understand that roads are not racetracks.
Slow compared to what ? A faster car ? This car will do the speed limits and keep up with other traffic doing the speed limit. Why do you have a problem with that ? I have a rather quick Subaru but I still do the speed limits, very easily actually.
My fiat 500 hybrid consume in autobahn 130-150km 4.5lt/100km...and about 5.4lt/100km into the city...so by by....also because you drive a 3 cylinder motor 1000cc with 6 gearbox...you must change the gears before 5.000prm and also you forget the 6th...
Love this little car and the sound of its engine. Very good video bro, as always!!!
Thank you very much!
The 0-100km/h time maybe slow, but this car seems very happy to do highway driving. It seems quite stable at high speeds, too.
It's very stable at cruising speed. I have one with 16" wheels

these exactly the car I was looking for today 😳 this car has a really good sound it looks like a mini Abarth 🤣
0-62 MPH in 19 seconds.
And they call my HR-V slow.
With two 100kg men and some luggage in the car
that's strange, the 500 69cv do the 0-62 in 12-13 seconds

I drove with this Fiat downhill 190 km/h by speedometer and on the flat section 163. It is very slow but exterior and interior are really nice.
Dang. 190 in a 500 is quite something ;)
Not quick but will be fine around town and sounds much smoother than the twinair.
I didn't watch to the end but did he ever put in in 6th gear?
Doesn't have one!
@@JackSmith-hx8zh It has 6th gear in this version :)
He didn't use it, not sure why, I was expecting the change until the end :D
i was screaming at my phone, ffs shift up to 6th gear! Nearly 10 L / 100km fuel consumption with his driving style...
How short are these gears damn
Who the hell buys this garbage
Lots of people, especially women for urban driving.
