Believe me or not, I've been searching for this tutorial for a long time. I believe the bump effect is not that hard, but most video just have tens of minutes explaining other stuffs and I have to watch almost everything to make sure im not missing the tutorial that I want.

You must "interpret footage".
Right click on your clip - Modify - interpret footage
