The U.S. has created a new type of nuclear weapon by modernizing their current nukes into low-yield detonations that don't create excessive collateral damage. While so many other countries are working on building their economic power, the U.S. is working on building new types of weapons. I think they see that the future is for the Southern nations and they know that if China and others come calling for their foreign debt that they have nothing to give except the threat of war. The U.S. can never and will never pay their debt to other countries so I don't think they will lie down peacefully while the Southern countries grow in power. That would be interesting, not just that the capital from annual trade surplus with United States would be much more efficiently used but owning stakes in Fortune 500 means those US companies would pay lobbyists out of their own managements' coffer to visit Washington. That would be interesting diplomacy indeed, whether it is plausible is another question, but it could be more sustainable a strategy than dumping US treasuries when US submarines sail through South China Sea.

The owners (or inheritors) of this cash do not want to start and manage businesses, they are more likely to want to dominate the economies thru the banks or investment companies with low risk and high return investments. Also, free enterprise (within the laws) has always been challenged, most recently when Russia wanted to be paid on their terms for oil. BRIC will most likely succumb to the same fate.

recent acceleration in de dollerization trend may make the dollar is a piece of a paper without any value. I believe it is important to covert the dollar money into some thing meaningful or valuable asset. May be minerals, land, gold or some other stable currency which is based on the real value of that country would be the right. Otherwise people may loose out entire money.

You do not have that correct. First, the word economy derives from the greek word eco which means home. The first economist were people who spoke about how things were managed, how one got food, clothing, shelter, raised kids, etc. Later, economics became what we thimk of it now, as MACRO-economics.
The commies never practiced communism as Marx had envisioned it, and even Krushchev wrote in 1956 that USSR would achieve communism by 1980--which of course never happened. But their idea of communism was INDEED a type of capitalism. It was a capitalism defined by WHO owns the TOOLS in the workplace. In most countries we now have absentee capitalism where stockholders own the company, have never met one of the workers, have never set foot in the company, don't even know what the ocmpany makes, don't know where it is located.
In Krushev's idea (and closely related to Marx's idea) of communism, the people who work in the factory, should own the factory and recieve the profits from their labor. That too is capitalism because they get money (capital), they buy tools, buildings, etc, and they create and sell products making a profit==that is capitalism. In the west, there are plenty of companies that fit that definition, but no-one dares call them communist. They are sole proprietorships, family owned business, etc. But look at this, if they hire ONE person, say, a secretary, they are no longer communist, but the regular definition of capitalist.
The west is multi- where little businesses are communist (but not called that), there are many businesses where employees make up the largest group of stock holders, there are corporations so big that the stockholders have, litterally, no control of the board of trustiees, there are businesses where they have little stock but get their money by borowing from banks.
No, real commies would be GLAD to talk about a FREE market. Problem is, in the west there is no free market. Oligarchs NEVER allow others to gain money or power or threaten their businesses, that happens a lot in the west but thankfully it isn't as bad as some places.

There is plenty of cash around the world. The owners (or inheritors) of this cash do not want to start and manage businesses, they are more likely to want to dominate the economies thru the banks or investment companies with low risk and high return investments. Also, free enterprise (within the laws) has always been challenged, most recently when Russia wanted to be paid on their terms for oil. BRIC will most likely succumb to the same fate.
