- This early access gameplay video showcases 17 Super Finishers in WWE 2K24 including Seth Rollins Super Stomp, Zelina Vega's Code Red, Sami Zayn's Top Rope Brainbuster, The Cross Rhodes Trinity & more!
EDIT: For those asking about the Double Feature effect, it was something I added for the video rather than replay the clip with the audio slowed down. Unfortunetly it's not in the game.

☆☆☆ How To Perform A Super Finisher ☆☆☆
To perform a Super Finisher you'll first need to check the Superstar you're using has a Super Finisher assigned via the moves tab in the pause menu.
If they have a Super Finisher assigned, you can perform it by saving up 3 stored finsihers and getting into the position shown on the move tab.
This will see your finisher prompt change to a Super Finisher prompt which you can use to perform the move.
Super Finishers deal three times as much damage as a regular finisher.

Most excited for Cross Rhodes Trinity. I got sick of having to store 3 finishers, hit 2 Cross Rhodes and having someone counter the third or kick out after the third.

I agree, though I have to say it's seriously annoying. The Test Drive, the Roll of the Dice, the Last Rites, those were all semi-protected finishers to some degree. The Cross Rhodes, the same move in other words, has been established as the move that needs to be tripled up on to beat a main eventer. At this rate he _should_ pull a Christopher Daniels and start finishing with the Angel's Wings instead.
Stone Colds super finisher should be the double stunner he gave to Scott Hall at WrestleMania X-8

Just noticed, Leaping Tombstone and pin, Undertaker sticks his tongue out unlike in 2K23... Thats a good addition to detailing. I also wish fatigue finishers should come with its own unique pin combinations.

Okay so having finally seen the concept in action, it seems like there are new versions of moves put in just for this, but it also seems like you'll be able to assign just about any move to this action. I'm down for it. Here's hoping the Double Stunner (opponent stands back up dazed off the first one and Austin delivers a second) from the original Smackdown! games makes a triumphant return here, as well as the Stunner with the [Rock's] famous backwards somersault over-sell at the end of it. Both should be here as Super Finishers.
Wasn't expecting this. I thought we would be getting a video like this, next week when embargo for the Play modes are lifted. From the footage here, guess this is the last of the footage from the Royal Rumble build.
These Super Finishers are very cool though. They should ulilize the double feature effect thing again for the games. The edit you've done looks really nice for a concept.

I just love the references for KO’s Supers. The infamous power bomb on the apron from his debut, and his package piedriver that used to be his main finisher in PWG and ROH

Lots of the super finisher are really just normal finishers, for example the 450 splash and the leaping tombstone
To my knowledge, he only used the Leaping Tombstone once(WM 26), so it's not a normal finish

Honestly, Glad they made it like that because there's a bunch of moves that SHOULD be on the level of Super Finishers

As far as I know, undertaker used leaping tombstone only twice. Owen Hart and HBK.
Love this concept! There are a few regular finishers that should fall into this category. Jake’s DDT, Yokozuna’s Banzai drop…
I would agree but what wiuld Jake's normal finisher be as no one e kick out of it and the same as Yokozuna I think if you had to match a finisher fir someone's gimmick man did yokozuna's finisher fit him perfect
@@imdikonps4396 Well, much like fellow Samoan relative Rikishi -- father of the Usos (Jimmy & Jey) and Solo Sikoa -- would do later on in his career, Yokozuna would sometimes finish opponents with a ground Banzai Drop (basically a Hip Drop) after hitting the Belly to Belly or grounded Running Leg Drop signatures. Jake's normal finisher would still be the DDT since he basically invented the move. Therein lies the issue with "Super" Finishers: They are still regular finishers at the end of the day & are unfortunately animated as such (You would think that being labeled as a "Super" Finisher would justify a more impactful move animation for some of them, as some of these still look too wear to actually be given the "Super" quantifier [ex: Bayley's Avalanche Bayley to Belly, Becky's Top Rope Mandhandle Slam, and Bianca Belair's 450 Splash that I WILL be replacing, if I can, with the Burning Hammer out of the corner, simply because the latter resembles a much more impactful KOD, etc.]), however the only thing that makes them "super" is the fact that they now do 3 times more damage than they usually would if hit normally & since you now have to have an overall of 85 or over to even have the Resiliency payback enabled, this means that "Super" Finishers are certified match-enders.

To be fair, all Double (or even Triple) moves should be available as Super Finishers. I wonder why they didn't just give Bianca Belair the Burning Hammer from the corner as her Super Finisher, since it looks just like the KOD (Kiss of Death), rather than the generic 450 Splash that all high-flyers tend to have.

Not every move could be a finisher, though. Only the sizable majority of them.
@@paulcarpenter7844 I didn't say the Burning Hammer is one of Bianca's signatures, however the KOD IS her primary finisher & the Burning Hammer from the corner looks near enough just like it, except the person delivering the Burning Hammer literally spikes the opponent onto their head rather than their face & stomach like the regular KOD.

@Smacktalks can you ask the Devs about us setting a superstars attire to something else instead of their default attire like how Cody wore a different attire for the wrestlemaina match against Roman in the showcase match were getting for that match as an unlockable attire for Cody so we can just use that for exhibition matches cause I know if you set a different attire for a superstar like you could for Cana in the edit superstars menu in last years game I would set a different attire but then his default attire but when I select him it makes where his default attire is automatically selected instead of the one I made default in the edit superstars menu where you mainly set thier attire instead of have their default attire being assigned to them

Reintroduce barricade breaks as super finishers and we're good! Can be an umbrella term for what were once considered OMGs now... just add match type specific "Super finishers" like HIAC table dive, cage break, casket/ambulance finishers to finish a match, van terminator/shane coast to coast w/ trashcan, and bringing the kendo stick crossface back. Really hope they try and keep expanding on this and not get abandoned mostly like the OMG system did before just being removed...

The super finisher feature reminds me of nba 2k24 proplay feature where it can translate real life movement into gameplay kinda like that who knows

I honestly hope this is like the super finishers in Wrestle Kingdom 2, where they can only be done once in a match. So there's that strategy of do you attempt it early to deal maximum damage, later to ensure a victory, or will your opponent reverse it

They want realism but don’t have an on/off visual slider for the red screen when hurt and this weird time warp effect for super finisher. Nit picky maybe but i don’t see why to have on off option imo

Pretty cool seeing the devs assign talent primarily Indy moves - meaning stuff never done WWE - for Zayn & KO. 👍🏾
Zayn's done the Brainbuster in WWE (albeit, on NXT), as had Kevin Owens/Kevin Steen via the Package Piledriver (albeit rarely, especially once he began using the Pop-Up Powerbomb & even more rarely once the Stunner was added to his move set).
Those super finishers are so fkin awesome, loving this game
Apart from the new riptide, top rope stomp or the new crosroads. All these super finishers ate just the same moves we have alwaus had. I love that they actually finish this time.
Id like to see more camera cuts and angles. They seem sporatic at best.
It's largely the same stuff, but if it's a new slot, that does add to the game. I'd like to have the Angle Slam and Angle Lock as finishers, but that leaves out the Avalanche Angle Slam. Not anymore.

That's essentially what they are, i believe you can select pretty much any regular finishing move then to use it costs all 3 finisher tokens in exchange for being much harder to kick out of as well as negating the resiliency pay back.
