Aracı aldıktan on ay sonra aracın direksiyonunda soyulma ve çatlamalar oluşmaya başladı. Araç henüz 7 bin km de. 14 Eylül 2021 de bu şikayetle servise başvurdum. Servis personeli direksiyonu inceledi ve fabrikasyon hatalı olduğunu belirterek direksiyonun fotoğraf ve videolarını çekti. Beni arayacaklarını söyleyerek güler yüzle uğurladı. Ben de " Kia bu 5 yıl 150000 km garantiyi boşa vermiyor." düşüncesiyle servisten ayrıldım. Bugün cevap geldi. Direksiyonun dış etken kaynaklı çatladığını ve soyulduğunu, başka hiçbir araçlarında böyle bir sorun olmadığını belirterek yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. İnternette kısa bir araştırma sonucu benzer durumda yüzlerce mağduriyetlerin olduğunu gördüm ve üzüldüm. Malının arkasında durmayan Kia dan şikayetçiyim.
