I understand you're reasoning.I was also worried if the car would be underpowered, but when it's driven even at max capacity, it doesn't feel underpowered at all, it actually feels like it has more power hiding that you can use when you want too!
It still has power even though it looks like it has a underpowered engine.

It's me and my family's car. I love this car! It's an MPV so that means it's a family car, (like a van but of course, more gorgeous looking and very modern). Unlike some SUVs or other MPVs that they are awkwardly designed. The Xpander/ Xpander Cross especially in this White variant would make other Crossovers, MPVs, SUVs and Vans look grumpy. Xpander is a family or barkada oriented car but it could also be a car for someone who is loner coz then again, the design fits all market. Kahit pang-isahan astig pa din tignan. Just tumble down the 3rd row seats and you have a Crossover that has a very huge trunk space. 💪

Xpander cross will be competitive with new cars if it has; rear sensor, 360 degree camera, side-curtain airbag, electronic driver seat adjustment, center arm rest, gate-type shifter, electronic parking break with auto-hold, heated side mirror, update head unit to 10 inch HD touch screen, and 4 wheel disc break.

1.3-1.4 million used to be the price tag of the montero sport,the montero sport could`ve continued to be the best seller from mitsubishi ph instead of this mpv xpander if it weren't for inflation and taxes

@0401_Ngô Hồng Quân please, not the cvt. Id rather buy the present trusted torque converter 4at. Cvt will ultimately cost you more when it fails.
There is a reason where SUVs dont use cvts. Cvts are only used for low-torque applications mostly
@0401_Ngô Hồng Quân the nissan pathfinder ditched the cvt in favor of the 8(10?) Speed AT. I agree that there are some who still uses the cvt, but for a hi torque vehicle, the traditional AT is better.
Imagine putting the full torque thru that belt..

No offense to Xpander owners but for me it's one of most plain boring mpv I've driven so far along with Rush, I ditched it in favor of Ford Territory
