- Given the huge specificity that skyscraper has, RIP to any hopes of the full elemental hero archetype entering Rush. It seems like a one and done, unless they only add fusions from now on...?

The fusion is cool but disappointing that it's another Burstinatrix + Avian fusion when we dont have fusions for a lot of other E hero combos.
Unless I'm missing one, this is the fourth fusion that calls for them specifically

I mean, it's still technically the only playable version in Rush Duel, so all the other versions of fusions technically don't exist until they are printed in rush format.
They gave Skyscraper the anime effect but buffed. Wich is really fricking insane. That is what the field spell should have been from the start.

I worry about the idea of another 1500+ lvl 4 monster, but I admire the game's determination to not have archetype named support.
That is toxic , because the more generic broken stuff the harder it is to balance
This is already the 4th avian&burstinatrix fusion.

Note: A LV4 with 1600 ATK without being a LEGEND was directly called out in the anime.

The only problem is that "Skyscraper" just needs an errata and just adds "Elemental HERO" monsters, instead of saying all the monster's names.
Like, seriously, how Konami screwed this up...?
It future proofing any future HEROs
Because there won't be any other main deck E HERO on Rush, except perhaps new E HERO that changes their names to the already mentioned on Rush's Skyscraper.

Kinda sad that it looks more like Avian. We now have four Burstinatrix and Avian fusion monsters and only one of them resembles her.

It’s harder to get the condition of having nothing else himself in field or hand to use his effect of drawing card, since in Rush you start every turn with a full hand.
Also… even if, for example, try to summon him, during your opponent’s turn, (from, I dunno, the GY) it’s more likely that you’ll draw 2 cards by his effect, but this drawing effect doesn’t even matter, since either way you will get to draw until you 5 cards in your hand, so drawing 2 cards in Rush just to draw 3 more some seconds later, brings no benefits at all.
Drawing effects are really important in the Rush format, since there is no search mechanic, drawing it’s the only way get you your combo pieces, or even “unbrick” your hand, so make a drawing effect with a condition that is more like a never-to-be-used last resort, is simply dumb.
Maybe we will gain a really good fusion monsters that does use bubbleman as a material, that way he won’t uber useless

yah rush duels are kinda bad... cause the moment konami releases a level 4 or lower monster with 1800 that's not a legend it's just getting slapped in every deck.
they already messed up with Sparkman and Beta... the power creep is already happening.

They could invent I thought a lv7 monster would be water, but one representing the volcano would be strong
Alternative versions from Avian to Bubbleman with the powers of their magic and traps and can be considered the originals in the fusions
Fusions not yet used such as Avian/Clayman, Sparkman/Burstinatrix, Bladedge/Shadow Necro.. also as seen before on alternative fusions, Avian and Bubbleman in Rainwingman or Icewingman

With the field spell, it seems Rush has no intention of bringing more E-Hero from TCG amd could potentially give more original Fusion E-Hero from the pools of Hero they gave in this wave. Could be fun to see and gosh I wish some of the design ended up being brought to TCG too
clayman is the most broken card in the structure, he has 2000 of def is,nt a legend card.

I think Konami realized making Legend cards of vanillas hurts these cards way more than they help.
@@felixdaniels37 possible but also they've shown to have a work around, already blue eyes has alternative ways to work around the main card being a legend and the same thing happened with red eyes and summoned skull when the fusions came out
The legend monsters are already in the dust, just the ones with direct support like Blue Eyes are the ones that keep being relevant.

I still wondering why Dark Magician is a Legendary when we have so many Rush monsters with 2500 Attack that aren't, or take only 1 Tribute to summon. I almost thought Neoa was going to be a Legendary for a second before remembering that.

That's the fourth HERO fusion with Avian and Burstinatrix as the named materials. Plus you could also use 'em to make the omni-heroes Great Tornado and Nova Master, the Flame Wingman Infernal Rage retrain, and probably plenty of other fusions with relatively generic materials.
This is rush duel, though, where technically those cards don't even exist.
You're not wrong, but in the overall umbrella of Yu-Gi-Oh, my point was that Avian and Burstinatrix have a lot of fusions.

@@jjasuka Which honestly, still feels like the biggest flaw of rush, as if they get more E-Hero cards that aren't Fusion monsters from 5-8 then Skyscraper won't do anything at all.
Because they don't want any future e hero monsters to benefit from it as the vanilla ones do.

It’s weird that Skyscraper lists off the heroes individually instead of just saying “E-Heroes”. Do they not want Stratos getting 1000atk? Lol (I know it’s not in rush duel but restricting it to those and…all the fusions seems kinda wordy and odd)
