The problem is not just realtors or mortgage advisor. It is individual morality. If only as individuals,we start taking responsibility. ਜਿਸਦਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸੂਤ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਉਹ ਲਾਈ ਜਾਂਦਾ।

ਟਰੱਕ ਡਰਾਈਵਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਤਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈਗਾ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਇਨਕਮ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਗਈ ਆ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਟਾਈਮ ਗਿਆ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ 4 ਲੱਖ ਦਾ ਘਰ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

Now, outside of GTA(Hamilton, Burlington to Oshawa) lower mainland bc and Calgary, homes are still affordable but only problem is job vacancies in those areas, wait 5 years Edmonton will also be unaffordable thanks to our community 😂 nothing we can do just work like a dog and pay bills just to survive.
