any idea as to why my status shows Disconnected? Followed the setup and verified my password is correct. But can't get the trunk to work?

Not sure what you did, or if it was my google security apps, but all I did was add 5056 and 5061 to the router/port forwarding, and then allowed google to authenticate the app, and viola! Thanks for your help!
