I just started picking up my training again for Ironman Traverse City at the end of August. Awesome video as always! Hope one day y’all go to St. Croix and fo the Beauty and the Beast race. :-)

Tim comes across as a real househusband. And then bam 2nd place at Kona (which is like a first considering that Frodeno is probably best long distance of all time). Great guys!
Cameras following you around all the time can be a pain, I'm sure. But from a dad to a dad, you will never regret having videos where you dance with Izzy to Disney music. Those are priceless.

I’m racing feb 6......i could have chose October but went with feb - should be a special race (yes, will be different).....
If you both win it in Feb then you will automatically qualify for October! That’s the best plan.

I was surprised to hear that Rinny still needs to qualify for Kona. For some reason I thought past champion were always invited back.
for a certain amount of years, but i thought it was 5. Can't remember off the top when she last won.
for 5 years after you won you only have to finish a full Ironman to qualify

Such a nice and relaxed lifestyle now. Guessing it's gonna be hard going back to the rigamarole of TRI life. I also think it's interesting that IRONMAN didn't consult with like the top 100 participants and poll/discuss with them to come to a democratic consensus about what to do with the 2020 race. Kinda sucks they unilaterally decided on their own what to do when it literally effects 1000s of people.
