Hey, I am an MBA postgraduate. I have been working in the BPO industry for almost about 5 years now, Wanted to change but don't get any particular sector to choose from.
I've 7 years BPO non voice experience recently did SAP FICO but I'm I was bsc student. Wanted to move IT. Hence, I did SAP. Main problem is current high package, no one is giving me at least same package which I'm earning right now. Please advise what should I do
You can convert your BPO experience, Saying you've been working on SAP FICO in BPO. Then negotiate... I hope this helps.

Hello Sir I got an offer letter from an company which and joining is after 3 months and asked to send acceptance within 2 days by signing offer letter , but company have mention a clause that if
"Once you accept this and if you do not join then you would be liable to pay towards the recruiting cost and
loss due to delay in project start dates. This would be 5% of CTC offered to you "
So if in future , I decide to counter them and join other company after 3 months will I have to pay amount or its just some thing to scare candidate so that he/she does not leave them as it is not any legal document . Pls Guide

Eligible , try to complete training with certification any course with reputed training center

All companies hires the candidates based on the relevant experience on the particular skills, with BPO experience you can't get Cyber Security job, you have have experience on Cyber security skills
