其實瑞典有很多食物係必須用時間來學習欣賞的，如瑞典的魚子醬， 醃製魚類， 發黴芝士之類，初來者實在難接受，但日子久了就會欣賞那些味道。本人在瑞典住了45年，十分喜歡這裡的食物。
