Ye Sunoo gets sick really easily, so i guess the staff take extra care of him. It's honestly the sweetest thing ever. Notice the differance between Sunoo's and Sunghoon's water scene. The moment Sunoo steps out he is covered with every towl in Korea, Sunghoon steps out and everyone is just chill lol
