Abalele means those who are sleeping.
The first part of the song is a person expressing hurt. They feel like they are being exploited and their feelings are being messed around with. They even go and say "Uvusa abalele" which means that the perpetrator's actions are waking those who are slumbering. These are our ancestors. The perpetrator has gone too far. They are catching the attention of the ancestors by treating the victim so badly. Its a warning to say you have gone too far and you are inviting bad karma upon yourself.
The next part is the perpetrator asking for forgiveness and the victim replying that they are forgiven and still loved.
Then there's another part talking about things getting out of hand and one of the 2 parties suggesting that they should get back together and let bygones be bygones.
