If anyone is still struggling try using the live puppet weapon with Ty’s police baton as the handle and the first phase just hit him with mix normal and charge attacks and carry a wishbone to restore the specters health and the second phase when he rolls at you and swings twice dodge both and only get 2 hits in and then repeat and play it on the safer side and don’t get greedy
The window to hit him is so slim it’s actually a joke, you get close he just starts jumping everywhere and swinging it’s just so annoying, then he spams magic what a unbalanced fight. And I’m stuck on this fight😭😭😭
I miss how forgiving the fight was on the first playthrough. Ng+ is kinda dumb how much they ramp up the fights difficulty. I'm level 150 and have been using the dragon sword the entire playthrough, I no hit the first phase 90% of the time but the second phase I can get stunned a singular time from any hit and one shot I'm dead. It's tough

yea you can, same spot at the hotel. if you chose to kill him before this then another npc would be there that does the same thing

Having the same problem, expecially with second phase.
He tanks so much and deals so much dmg. With a slow weapon Is nightmare
