Tony is the one who made me discover Devin Townsend. Glad he still praises him to this day, but Tony himself is an exceptional vocalist with a crazy vocal range.
Tonny es tan gracioso , me cae bien !!! 😊Dice las cosas como son y con una gracia única . Y que decir de su voz !!!!😮😮😮 Es hermosa !!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Buena entrevista !!! Espero que hagas otra preguntándole más cosas !!! 😊😊😊😊
Cool interview thanks Been following Sonata Arctica since 'Silence'(2001...wow...where's the time gone?!) and seen a few times but not for quite a time. Enjoyed both acoustic albums and looking forward to new release. Regards from Stourbridge,West Midlands
Unia is a freaking unbelievably great album, people just thrash that because of the style change, but generally speaking it's a great album. Too bad power metal fans are unfortunately close-minded.
New subscriber here, excellent content! I loved the interview, very interesting and the perfect questions, hope I can see Sonata Arctica live in Monterrey.
The tongue exercise/sound problems explains so much. I was thinking Tony has sounded WAY better in 2020 and onwards than in maybe 2017-2019. Naturally everyone's vocal range changes when they age but it's interesting that Tony could help his voice that much in his later years. I saw him live in Oulu's Tullisali a while back and he sounded better than in ages. The high vocals were out of this world
I am your new fan from one of the developing countries which is actually having a hard time developing, especially in the field of prosperity and well-being because where I am, I am too shackled by dogma that is so orthodox. If in my place, like your country, perhaps it is so free and free to develop capabilities as perfectly and freely as possible, I might be able to buy laptop and listed stratovarius and sonata artica at the top .i really like them. just a metaphor for fans from developing countries but more than that because my cellphone can now only make some of the featured playlists because my cellphone memory is full. I'm just feeling a little relief from everything that's going on, it doesn't seem like I should be from Indonesia 🇲🇨🤟👌👌
I'll be honest, my heart broke a little when Tony said he won't be coming to the UK for the European tour. Having seen them 4 times alread i was really hoping to make it 5. I don't believe they will do a UK dedicated tour at this stage as i have noticed less and less UK fans showing up to shows
I have been listening to Sonata forever practically😅, I admittedly prefer the Unia, days of grays era and also enjoy the albums after. Save for maybe their latest album. As much as I like powermetal I also enjoy more emotional depth to my music which is difficult to acheive with constantly fast paced music. A good example of a band that does progressiveness well which sort of scratches my Sonata itch is Royal Hunt.
From their first album to "Reckoning Night" these guys were among my top favorite bands, then from "Unia" on they started to change and I just lose interest. Hope they're still doing all right. Thanks 🍺🤘!

You have asked excellent questions. They never ask him such interesting questions about his beginnings as a creative. Congratulations and thank you.
