  • I'm trying to learn how to sit with my emotions...I've never really understood what that meant.
    Mindfulness was introduced to my during a VA coping skills class.
    It continues to blow my mind how important mindful breathing is on this Path.

    The issue is not ever connecting between things.And the issue with that is,you must connect for good amounts of time.

    If i observe nothing mainly but nastiness without any questioning about 'what is ,then those things with any personal doctrines do not possibly exist if the same propositions are being made.
