Opened up Unreal yesterday and saw an ad for this & read made my industry vets. Clicked the preview link like i always do. Then went straight to the about page like i always do. Saw Guerilla games and went no effing way. So spent some time looking up everything i could find on you. Long story short. Thanks for taking the time to do this. Would be amazing if this had a base inventory system so you can hold collected non wearable items. It's the only thing holding me back from purcashing it at the moment.
Well partially such system is already there. There is item and pickup system. You make any item you want. What you would have to do is some interface, some UI to manage them, and that's very specific to somebody's game design

You must work on replication and have this multiplayer ready. So far looks like one of the best assets on Unreal marketplace but not been multiplayer ready hold me from purchasing it and i am sure there are many who feel the same. Hopefully a multiplayer update is coming soon.
This might actually be the best asset on the marketplace. Very few gameplay system assets ever cross this level of basically already a game. Will there be a playable demo? Either way I will be buying this soon.

Thanks Friendly AI and faction system is still in package since 2019. I didn't change anything regarding it though, so AI is not following player, it fights like enemy one. Anyway, such thing like following player or other actor is easy too add. This video shows what was updated and added. Older features are still in package.

What's the multiplayer replication support like? Can that be added in on top of these existing systems? Your documentation doesn't mention replication or multiplayer once, nor does it even rule it out as a limitation. Why?
For years I always wonder about these shooter assets on the market and why 99% are all made with a pre made third person character there is no out of the box try something different like make a asset shooter one also showing setting a different mesh.
I can't use any third party character mesh since I don't have right to them. TPS Kit uses standard UE4 mannequin which can be changed. If I would put any different mesh, for one developer it would fit, for other not. There are various tutorials for this, depending how your skeleton is build. I don't have date yet. Rocket launcher - I'm not planning for that, but there is grenade launcher already in package. You can convert it to rocket launcher if you want. What do you mean by "direction ai"?
Direction Ai is an indicator which react and indicate direction of enemy, It turns red slowly and become completely red in color when enemy detects player completely. Can also called site detection system. Thanks for reply!

You mean follow player? There is faction system, so you can easily set up buddy AI (1 setting only), they will fight against player enemies but they wont follow you. That feature will be added in on of the future updates.

As far as I remember, reference was from some game, probably MGS 5 or Uncharted or The Last of Us... anyway, you can change animation to whatever you like. This is just example to show that mechanic works.

I think so. You would have to rewire controls of course, some virtual mobile controller. And maybe also something with materials. I never worked on android so I'm not sure.

No, you just download it, create project and have access to everything that is in trailer (and more) and you don't have to code anything.

Not really. It is quite straightforward - just migrate files to your project. Before that remember to copy over also project settings file.

No. I will work on UE5 version when engine will be out of early access and stable.
Looking to make player AI followers. Is it possible in this kit?
You mean follow player?
There is faction system, so you can easily set up buddy AI (1 setting only), they will fight against player enemies but they wont follow you. That feature will be added in on of the future updates.

As far as I remember, reference was from some game, probably MGS 5 or Uncharted or The Last of Us... anyway, you can change animation to whatever you like. This is just example to show that mechanic works.

@@MarcinMatuszczykGame You show a video using all the features in V2. What I need is a video of the project of how you installed at least some of the features(pickups would be great guns, ammo, ets.) I have 2 or 3 apps(tps, fps, etc) All I have to do is drop the pickup BP and them run the character over it.

I think so. You would have to rewire controls of course, some virtual mobile controller.
And maybe also something with materials. I never worked on android so I'm not sure.
