and the bird-woman Kurangaituku.
This story is very special,
as my late Nan Nan taught it to me at a young age,
and it stuck with me ever since.

Last time i stopped there on my way to rotorua from taupo 1980 i was with my mum and aunty and girlfriend..it was the very day John Lennon got shot..so we stopped and mum made me and girlfriend run around it.3 times for good luck presumed and at the same time singing imagin
