    question: I have same flexibility as you for lying stretches, but my seated fwd fold I feel tightness in my lower back, any recommendations?

      Jefferson curls are usually a good compliment for the lower back!

    I must say some time ago I felt a lot pinching behind my knee. I was doing mostly straight leg stretches and now, depend on exercise, I feel stretch behind knee, in calf or in hams. That's progress. I'll try your band stretches.
    Also this toe pointing is on point. It makes every exercise looks so much better! Or maybe I'm a freak 😂

      If you mostly feel it behind the knee you should try keeping a slight bend in the knee to better target the hamstrings.

    Noticed you are pointing toes forward in these stretches. Doesn’t dorsiflexion work hamstrings more or it doesn’t matter?

      Put simply:
      Dorsiflexion: more calves
      Plantarflexion: more hamstrings
      You can either target both, or you can isolate the hamstring.
      Personally I tend to favor isolating the hamstring and calves with different exercises.

      I believe as much as you can. Flexibility is a thing that you can do a lot, because it's easy to lose. It also depends on your goals, but yeah, I would say if you can do it everyday, do it :)

      Light stretching (daily) Heavy stretching (2-4x per week)
