Good morning. This Deo in Uganda. Having a study castor garden. My plant leaves come out when they have brown/black coloring on them which turns out to be like burnt portion on the edges. What could that be??
Thanks for your presentation. Please help I'm interested the problem is that I'm in Eswatini. How can i export cause I'm redy to plant this coming November and i have the seeds
Hi. Thank you for watching. Some fields we keep them purely organic. Which means no pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. Bigger fields we can not farm organically.
Hi friend, is it okay to transplant castor beans?i was told that if transplanted it will not survive. But i experienced low germination rate before so this is why i am considering to use seed trays for nursery
Hi. That is a good question. I have transplanted in the past but not widely. I think the best is to only transplant onto area where germination was affected.
After harvest how do we maintain the plants for us to have a better second harvest and also can castor plant get affected in winter just like other plants
@@africanfarmingnarativeswit2314 Google said 4-6 months from the time you plant the seed until it's ready to harvest. You can harvest once a year. Is that true? You probably know by now.
@@tonycd2709 from my experience you can start harvesting at 4 months. Its true that some plants can take up to 6 months before you start harvesting from them. How ever once they start giving seed you can harvest up to 3 times a year.
