- Dinosaurs Size Comparison: Tyrannosaurids | Extinct Deadly Animals - this video presents members of the Tyrannosauroidea Family including species such as the famous Tyrannosaurus rex (featured in Jurassic Park and Jurassic World movies), Albertosaurus, Gorgosaurus, Daspletosaurus, and many others not so well-known to the vast public. All of these animals lived near the end of the Cretaceous Period and their fossils have been found mainly in North America and Asia.

The dinosaurs are represented by their average size (throughout multiple sources) and their appearance is an artistic interpretation.

The video is created with BLENDER 4.0
1. Raptorex- invalid. Juvenile of Tarbosaurus.
2. Nanotyrannus- invalid. Juvenile of T. rex.
3. Alamotyrannus- dubious. Possibly Tyrannosaurus mcraeensis.
Nanotyrannus now a separate species
That's right, there is a published research from January 2024 describing the differences between Nanotyrannus and T-rex explaining why they were probably different species.
@@АлексейЕфимов-о4юthat paper is still not taken seriously by other paleontologists.
Very good video I like it, maybe you can make a part 2
Thank you! 😊 If I manage to gather enough animals for part 2 I will definitely make it.
@@gvart if it's not enough for part 2 that's okay. maybe you can make spinosauridae size comparison
Spinosauridae is in my to do list so it will hit the channel soon or later😊
@@gvart thank you and cheer up friend
Thank you for the support😊
A very visually stimulating animation of a size comparison of all the theropod dinosaurs called Tyrannosaurids with a cavewoman for the extra visual effect!
Thank you for the good words😊. In my next video which will be posted tomorrow, 12th of July, the cavewoman will appear again😉
It would be cool if you do abilesaurs and more carnivore groups in the future keep it up bro!
Definetly there will be more carnivore families on my channel. 😊
Thanks!
Hey you hold up! New tyrannosaur asiatyrannus!
It's a brand new discovery. For sure it will appear in some of next videos😉 Thanks
Nanotyrannus is still considered invalid, even most recent papers that try to argue that it is have been called into question, and most paleontologists are still skeptical about it.
Yep, they are coming with something new every year, but you are right that it is kind of a dubious species.
@@gvart but it is most likely it was just a juvenile tyrannosaurus rex.
@maluslikescoffee3690 Yes, after a comment under this video about it, I decided to go deeper into research and I saw that this is the opinion in general but there still scientists that are on the opinion that it is a separate species due to body composition of the Nanotyrannis, compared to T Rex.
Carcharodontosauridae family pliss❤
Yes, it is in my plans😉
Where's yutyrannus?
It will appear in some of my future videos for carnivore dinosaurs 😊
Tyrannosauroids not Tyrannosaurid
Highly appreciate comments like your! It helps me to improve the quality of my work because sometimes I just don't see the elephant in the room 😃 Big thank you ❤️
@@gvartwe’re is the tyranotitan at
@JimmyGwizz The Tyranotitan is from a different family. It is from the Carcharodontosauridae family. It will be included in my future video for Carcharodontosauridae family.
@@gvart oh I thought it was a Tyrannosauroid
@JimmyGwizz I guess its name is a bit misleading 😉
Where is Dryptosaurus? Also a Daspleteosaurus should be larger than Albertosaurus.
I missed the Dryptosaurus, that's right. Daspleteosaurus and Albertosaurus are believed to be roughly the same size. Daspletosaurus is believed to be a bit heavier and the Albertosaus a bit longer. This is how I presented them in the video.
