Yogurt- 1 c
coriander pwd- 1/2 tbsp (pisa dhania)
red chilli pwd- 1/2 tbsp
salt-1 tsp or to taste
chicken pwd- 1/2 tsp
Cumin pwd-1 tsp (bhuna pisa zeera)
meat tenderizer-1 tsp
vinegar- 2 tbsp
oil- 2 tbsp
paratha dough ingredients:-
flour (maida) - 1/2 kg (500 gms)
milk powder- 1 tbsp
salt- 1/2 tbsp
sugar pwd- 1/2 tbsp
oil- 2-3 tbsp
ghee for filling & frying (as per choice)
spicy sauce ingredients:-
mayonnaise- 1/2 c
red chilli pwd- 1/2 tsp or to taste
chicken pwd- 1/4 tsp
oregano pwd- 1/4 tsp
vinegar- 1 tbsp (or to taste)
