Oil will weigh down your hair if it’s fine. Getting rid of said oil will give your hair more volume since it’s lighter. That is why “volumizing” shampoos and conditioners are marketed towards thin, oily haired people. They clean better and condition lightly. More oil will not give most guys out there this hairstyle.

Well heres the problem, I’ve recently overcome trichotillomania, (pulling out your hair due to very high anxiety levels.) so now where my hair is grows back, its for some reason growing back a different texture, and i dont know why bc i havent done anything with my hair for years. Will texturing my hair still be the same as for everyone else?
