Exhibition Overview:
The night cityscape has long been a popular subject in art, capturing the unique atmosphere and lighting of urban environments after dark. Artists creating artworks for this exhibition use dramatic contrasts of light and shadow to create a moody, atmospheric quality in their night scenes. The interplay of bright electric lights, neon signs, and dark shadows can produce striking visual effects.
