Fully focused 100% of the time when you need to be. Full Belief in the things you're doing & the process to get you where you want to go & achieve the things you want to.

Lol....He just prefaced his first instruction with the words 'we're going to play Simon says'......It was to check on who was fully focused on his words & who wasn't....a well known pedagogical ploy.
I don’t have a good feeling about this at all. Love Mitchell as a player but he lacks conviction and jumps from one point to another without finishing the first thought. Kennett’s legacy will be remembered for letting the best coach of a generation go without giving him a say in the matter. Clarkson is a winner and I have no doubt he’ll find a way to win flags with another club. I sincerely hope Mitchell becomes a great coach but the odds are stacked against him, there’s a much longer list of ‘promising’ assistants who go on to fail miserably.

It’s called an ice breaker. It’s to loosen the tension in the room.
No, it’s a perfect way to wake them up and make them realize they have to pay attention. He actually prefaces this with “let’s wake you up”.
