Not how you build a pallet lol. That tie in cross stack in the middle is stupid bc A: the pallets are wrapped so they don’t dump and B: you can’t corner stack a pallet easy when condensing or working a truck
Thank you for your concern. This certainly isnt the only way to do it, but it is a practical way for beginners. To address your concerns A. This application didnt involve an incoming pallet that is wrapped. B. The ability to corner stack is important, but not needed for every application, that will be addressed in a future training.
This is literally how we’re trained to build pallets tf are you talking about? Build a pallet of 12 packs all going the same way wrapped or not tell me how that works out.
@@austinokeefe5866 bud I did merching for years, I can promise you this is not how you build a pallet unless you want to spend all day playing jenga when working a truck. And Ik they all don’t go the same way straight stacked but this is not the correct way
The 1st layer was not the same as the 3rd layer like he said it should be.
Yes it it
You know it’s hardcore slave labor when your huffing and puffing on a 3 minute tutorial!!
Damn…
Actually he started at 0:38 and ended at 2:35 so roughly a 2 minute so called exercise lol that's crazy
What kind of block is that we usually do a 10 block or an 8 block (on smaller pallets
Do you have and diagrams for stacking 12 & 24 pk cubes
12 packs are usually 8 blocks on 3x3 and 24 is 16 block.
That way it takes forever you can lock it in but you don't have to do it like that got to be Pepsi
That's only 30 cases bro and your getting tired
Loaded the pallet all wrong we won’t do that at Coke
Only Pepsi would load a pallet wrong
Look at the goofies in here calling names

I found certain tricks to finesse that once you got that solid foundation w the sodas rest of the order is easy to condense even w 2 liters
Nunya Bidness it actually makes them damaged more bc they are built like crap and snag and dump constantly
