Lifelong Hawks fan, so I was waiting for this one. Very nice collection. I've noticed that the original 6 seem to have very minimal changes over the years. I will always remember Shaw for head butting the puck into the goal during the playoffs (obviously disallowed). Hey, he gave it a shot.

That inaugural patch on the Wolves alternate jersey is for when they joined the AHL. They were originally an IHL team and moved to the AHL when the IHL folded. During their IHL days as an independent team they were absolutely stacked and probably could of competed with most NHL teams at that time.

Red or white, just a beautiful sweater. Along with the stripes on the pants, and socks with white tape, this is the best look in the NHL.

Best logo and top 5 jersey in the league.
Rockford updated their substantially logo last season. No more "IceHogs" in that cartoonish font, and the stick in the hog's mouth is also gone. The rest of the jerseys are the same. Their gray thirds are gorgeous, and have a totally different logo on them. I wish their parent team would come out with a similar version. I have a feeling they're going to be selling a lot of Marcel Marcel jerseys this year.
Those grey Ice Hogs sweaters are terrific.

Love my Wolves, The best alternate jersey they had was the black Atlanta inspired one. The grey storm jersey was nice, but I felt like it wasn't more creative. It looks more like ASU jerseys honestly.

I know it was massively hated, but the reverse retro 2.0 is my favorite Blackhawk jersey. I love the sweater look. It's my most worn hockey jersey next to all black and white Blackhawk jersey

Without getting into the issue of whether the Blackhawks should permanently change their logo, I think they should consider using the beautiful bird logo designed by Mike Ivall.
I have a video suggestion for you. Great goalie regular seasons but followed by absolute disasters in the playoffs.
My favorite Blackhawks jersey is the green St. Patrick's Day jersey.

Mitchell and ness blue line jerseys are bad, thats what people complain about, their old authentics which is what that hawks one is (made in the style and with similar materials to how they were back in the day) are good. they stoped making the authentics when fanatics bought them. hopefully they bring them back

The white stadium jersey you showed with the 4 stars on the collar is for the City of Chicago. The flag for the City of Chicago has 4 red stars on it.
I love the hawks second RR jersey and I feel like I’m the only one for some reason. IMO it was the best RR from that series. Maybe a logo would be better in the front, but It’s an OR6 Franchise and it fits the theme. They didn’t look like Detroit, Detroit looked like them. Detroit’s RR’s would have been so much better in my opinion if they did away with the black and just did all white and red. I feel like that Detroit uni could be their alternate if it was all just red and white. Would have loved it but black doesn’t go in red wings uni’s. Original 6 teams should stick to their roots and embrace the ugliness. As a bruins fan I want yellow socks on our home uniforms but who am I to determine that? Might not look better or match but at the end of the day it’s a tradition that’s almost a century old.
I will say that the Blackhawks have a nice jersey set of their home and away and their logo is a classic of the Indian head

One of my work colleagues is a lifelong Blackhawks fan, but in the last days of "Dollar Bill" Wirtz's reign, he temporarily switched his allegiance to the Chicago Wolves because of Wirtz's fan-unfriendly policies and poor on-ice product. He's now firmly back in the Blackhawks fold, and hopefully the team will be on their way back with Connor Bedard. Nice jersey collection!

As a Blackhawks fan, we have the most overrated logo and jersey in sports. Also, I would love it if the Wolves since they are going independent would be promoted to the NHL as an expansion team. The hockey fanbase in Chicago is huge. The Blackhawks are in the city and the Wolves are in the suburbs closer to where I live near the major airport, I believe we could support two teams and it would be a great rivalry since they already do not have the greatest relationship with each other.
Overrated? Change your UA-cam pic and return your fan Id card and all memorabilia to the UC asap and never speak of the hawks again
