7:14 You inspired me to become a developer after you talked about learning Web Design in your older videos. Alhamdulillah, I'm now a Software Engineer.

@@marwanbaz5885 It depends on what you want to do exactly, if you want to do frontend you'll probably have to learn HTML + CSS + JS (as well as a JS framework like React or Vue), and if you want to do backend you'll have to learn other development languages like Python, Ruby, or PHP (Python is the most popular, but you'll also probably need knowledge of the frontend) as well as their frameworks (Django for Python, Rails for Ruby, Laravel for PHP)
I documented my first year of learning web dev on my channel, hope it can help :)
(not promoting, just trying to be helpful)

Hey Oliur, Firstly, nice work on the inspiring videos. It's great to hear that you think UA-cam is still a great idea. I just started my own channel and for me, regardless of any financial upside, I just thought to myself 1.) I want to have memories of my thoughts and travel experiences that I can look back on one day... and 2.) It's a great outlet for creativity and pushing yourself to have more adventures if only so you can film them. Keep up the great work.

This was solid, thanks Oliur. Can you talk more about what you did to get past the self doubt at the beginning of your entrepreneur journey? You seem the type of person that knows when to listen to their instincts and takes necessary action with resolve. Might be a strange question but what advice would you give to anyone trying to practise listening to their gut more and staying committed to what you want to do? I think this is important no matter what in life whether you’re trying to make more money, or just simply make a change in life. Would love your perspective, thank you!

Definitely agree about the software development/design side. There's so much demand and not enough devs to fill the roles. Gives you a lot of freedom when it comes to negotiating wages and benefits.
And yeah, it will take time, speaking from personal experience.

As a remote front-end developer, every month my friend will be sending me news about no-code movement app. Saying it will be replacing the developers in the foreseeable future.
Then I asked them, who is going to maintain the low-code applications anyway? Developers! 😂😂

In 2011 I ran a blog that got 3 views 5 years it randomly got banned off adsense for invalid clicks. Since then I've managed to get 80k views a month but can't make anything off my youtube as I'm still adsense banned. It always pains me to hear people recommend youtube because I wish I could do it.

Trade the stock markets, retail traders have so many different brokerages now to pick from trading the stock markets is available to anyone. If your a qualified professional and work in accountancy or legal or financial adviser etc you can also offer your services outside of your 9-5 job. There is million ways to make a million dollars as the saying goes and most of the time you dont have to recreate the wheel to do it. As Oliur says the only money your spending is your own time unless your going down the stock market route which case you will have to invest ££.
