Because he's 16 and playing every week. They only have half the tolerance to jadedness until they turn 18. Play an under 18 too much and their development is stunted. Obviously it doesn't hold back the most high-potential players, but it holds even them back more than it would have had they been played a sensible amount in the first team, and allowed time to recover between games by simply training with the first team squad rather than playing every match. So the next question is how come he had that big jump in CA while still under 18 in the 2nd season, then? Great question. I think it was likely due to gains in things like Work Rate, Determination and invisible attributes like professionalism that helped him train harder and better, despite being jaded for the 2nd half of the season. It may have also been that the injury he got in season 1 held him back more than it otherwise would have.
You should create a player born in 2023 with 1 ability and 200 potential. The game would act as if he is 14 and train him as one until he is actually 14 and start aging.
I've just done this lol but put is current ability at 30 and his work rate and determination at 20, I put him in the lower leagues of the English tier 11 mod. Just going to see how his career goes with the AI in control
how about a full side of 0 CA 200PA players? name them Ben Dover, Phil Accio, Moe Lester, Pat Myaz, Jack Mehoff, Mike Rotch, Mike Hunt, Mike Litoris, Hugh Janus, Phil McCracken
@@WERTYUIO821 Hugh Jass is already in the side in the video. Phil Accio is starting keeper. Mainly because Accio(different pronunciation) is also the summoning charm in Harry Potter which pulls objects into their hands.
Not really anything to do with your video as such, but just to note... you can't actually set any player with 0 CA .. your player already had 6 for CA with those stats
I’m surprised how first season was rather slow growth and then all of a sudden it shot up to a world class player!

Probably because game-time isn't as important as a youngster, rather training. From 18y and up the game-time is becoming more important for growth.

Wow its really takes patience to groom a player till full potential.. 10yrs of patience..
4:20, hey luke do you have more information on this tactic?
How do you ensure that a player plays even when on holiday?
Guessing UA-cam wouldn't let you name him Mike Hunt.
I believe it's Hugh JARSE .......
We found a replacement for Kane.
oh i can imagine the crowd chants
HUGH JASS is a legendary wrestling name
Could you do it with a first 11 or 0 to 200?
Mbappe is always the runner up 💀💀💀
I want a Hugh Jass in my life.
Scored more in his first game than Richarlison!
I'm not sure a model professional would have a work rate that low...
"I'm hugh jass!"

I’ve seen this guy at Tottenham I think he goes by richarlison
He’s 6 current ability, not 0

It’s for the purpose of the video and title. “6 Current Ability to Max” doesn’t really have a ring to it
why didnt he trained his finishing?
Why train crossing and corners in a striker?
I am disapoint
My name is Hugh Jass
Bizarre how broken this game can be.

This made up guy has won more trophies than harry kane 😂
