    The fact that Alex lies about that not being his voice on the kennel and then supposedly realizing some “man’s voice” was apparently heard with Maggie and Paul down at the kennels (three minutes before they die) basically says everything. He’s guilty. Anyone who doesn’t see that is just foolish. Any other human father would be yelling “HOW DO WE FIND OUT WHO THAT IS!! Can I see the video!!!! Let me hear it!!!!”

    • @samum5856

      Good point! I mean at that time, I don’t believe they had the video yet, they just had Rogan’s statement that he had heard a male’s voice. But if Alex wasn’t there, his reaction should be: let’s find out who it was, let’s talk to Rogan and see exactly what he had heard!

    This man has to have ice running through his veins. Imagine picking up a shotgun, holding it steady enough to aim it at your son's head, knowing you are about to kill your own son and pulling the trigger TWICE. Then picking up the next gun, after you just blew your son's head off, aim it at your wife, keep the gun steady, and pull the trigger FIVE times.
    Then, the nerve to proclaim your innocence and put all your friends, acquaintances and family through a trial, subjecting them to the horror you created, just so you can get away with murder and live your life.

The complicity in his death involves people from all levels within the legal system in that town from officers, Randy Murdaugh, the local coroner and even judges. Many have since quit or moved to pastures new for clear and obvious reasons. Heads should roll if that case ever gets to a court. It all seems to be allegedly linked to Buster who was supposedly in a relationship with Stephen and for obvious reasons the family did not want this to be publicised.

      Alex would have been with Paul and Maggie when the murders were committed as evidenced by the Snapchat video. So then Alex was spared, and he knows who did it. He would have been a witness.
      Or if you still don't believe it was him, we know he left the house at 9:06 according to the OnStar evidence. So he had to have heard SEVEN gunshots and then left the house without checking on his wife or son.
      If someone was waiting for Alex to leave the house to ambush Paul and Maggie, how would they know how long he would be gone? If they saw him leave, how would they know he wouldn't turn around because he forgot something. So then they had to find the family guns, ammo, find Maggie and Paul, kill them and leave before Alex returned.

      @cwatson42785 Рік тому +7

      @D S R Ughh I'm so tired of people using that physical evidence bs. There is a mountain of evidence that points to him being guilty. Shoot even a few of them on their own is enough to convince a reasonable person to see that he's guilty. Just because there is no physical evidence in a murder doesn't mean you can't convict someone. There is like 20+ things that directly point to his guilt and all the lies he's told. Use common sense, if a guy is lying about a bunch of crucial details that an innocent man WOULD NOT lie about then it shows he was behind it. So let me ask you about 3 specific lies he's told and then how you can say "you're not sure"....1. He said that Maggie came down on her own to be with him when in fact he was the one who had her come and she was even saying to a friend it was really suspicious and he was up to something. 2. He told the police he didn't remember "playing with a tree" when in fact that was one of the last moments he spent with his youngest child before he was murdered which he obviously remembered and is in fact lying about, 3. The snap chat video where he was clearly there right before their murders. Now how on earth can you even just look at those 3 details of him caught in bold face lies and say you don't think there is enough to say he's guilty??? And that was literally like 3 things out of a pile of evidence that points directly to him. Also do you not realize that innocent people don't lie to investigators, especially about something your family was victim to? One lie ok you could say maybe it was a mistake but he has been caught in so many lies. I just don't understand people who actually say there is reasonable doubt. In my mind any doubt would be UNreasonable!

Maggie was apparently hesitant and wanted to just meet Alex at the hospital but he insisted she come to Moselle. I think he went to his moms to hide that jacket and create an alibi by telling miss Shelly he'd been there 40 tto 45 minutes. Just out of the blue he tells her that if she's ask.... to say if anyone ask then that's what to say. Then to compensate her he .entions helping with the wedding or getting her a enter job at the school.
      Why...why?? Why didn't he go straight to see his dying dad and take Maggie since he said that's why Maggie was home? I believe it was because he was going to see his mom instead so he could hide what was in the jacket and jacket. I think he brought an extra tarp in able so Shelly would see that tarp laying right in the chair shes see cause thats the chair she sat in in his moms room. since he knows she saw him come in with the something balled up in his arms. He planned this murder in advance, no doubt in my mind. Plus all those people have heard his voice on the video just 5 minutes before Paul was killed.

      Buster got kicked out of law school for cheating. I believe he was living elsewhere working at, like, some kind of restaurant or fast food job or whatever while he waited to be admitted elsewhere, I think.
      Home life is definitely a little odd. Seems the boys weren’t quite as mature as their social status and wealth would normally produce. That happens all the time of course but because this family was such a big deal in this town, I think it was exacerbated hardcore.
      Also, he’s not going to admit to what gun was stolen or when because he knows it was his guns that were used to kill his family. If he starts putting dates to things then they become evidence and he has to remember them and make them make sense. Also, they appeared to have so many guns that they kept in such an inappropriate manner that I can’t imagine anyone could keep up with all of them. So unnecessary, my lord.

      They were in an area that didnt get a strong signal, their calls were often dropped, you must live in the city! In the south when you are in areas without a lot of urbanization there is hardly any kinda of service, we used to spend weekends at the cabin and we would have to go outside and walk in circles to get a signal on our phones.
