Amazing Video Guys! Loved the way you bring the information about the properties, talking about everything related to the areas etc…. Thanks for the opportunity!!! ❤
Super top! At the end, I felt like I wanted to see more! Let’s show more properties to your audience because you have a unique style of show that!!! 🎉❤
I love all of your videos. You guys are amazing! ❤️ I really like this new series too! Very informative and I love the style. It feels like I am watching a Netflix program. I would love more of this please! Thank you and looking forward to seeing the next episode ❤
Thank you ☺️ We do have a great microphone(Rode wireless go 2) but unfortunately its very hard to control echo in homes here with marble all over 😅 Guess we are going to have to stop recording at home.
That is not true. California is as big as Italy and there are so many different parts of California. The difference between northern California and Southern California is like the difference between southern Italy and the northern part of Italy. They are ski slopes, redwood, forest, lakes, etc. That state is too darn big to judge it all the same.
1% property tax on the price of the property, probably $500,000 to $800,000, They are not new and if they are in the year 2000 when property went nuts in Spain, they did a bad job of construction. Worst thing is you better have a lawyer, or you will buy someone else's property and they can sell the same property as many times as they can. For many who live in cold places, it might be worth it. I don't like the humidity or the heat in the summer. Malaga is the biggest city, I don't know what happens to the busses, but they hate foreigners, they might be 4 hours late. If you take a bus to Alicante, it might take 10 hours.. so buy a car or take the train to Madrid and then to Alicante, at least you will enjoy the ride and it will be less time to get there. Spanish government is woke like most of Europe, you never know what you're going to get. Woke governments are everywhere, so you can't escape to another country. Even Australia.
Absolutely, one must do due diligence before buying. Honestly speaking….. if I’m buying a property anywhere in the world, I’ll do my homework with land registry and all checks. Malaga can be very hot in summer, Estepona and Marbella have a micro climate where it can get too hot for a couple of weeks but mostly very pleasant. Yeah…. People living in cold places are loving it here but can get crowded and pricy.

Extremely overbuilt and extremely overpriced… there are lot of nicer, quieter and cheaper places in Spain.
Definitely too pricy but we like how you can still be in the nature within minutes if not on your doorstep.
That must be the worst villa for €8 million I've seen in Marbella.
😅
