Makeup is only to enhance the quality of video or picture we took for ourselves. 24X7 under huge chunks of makeup means we are wasting our hard earned money, dangerous to our skin (no matter how expensive the products maybe 🤔Bro it's chemical), self doubt mode, unrealistic imagination, and most importantly not comfortable under our own skin which eventually leads to plastic beauty. Really!!!!! Anyway it was my opinion. And yes, i do use makeup (occasionally) for clicking pictures 😊

Cotton ko daton se zor se dabaa ke rakhna hota hai kam se kam 30 mins tak. Tooth extraction karwane ke baad Jo mere dentist be Kaha - 1) extraction ke aadhe ghante baad ekdum chilled water ya ice-cream se extraction wale jagah ko sekna hai. Aur 48 hrs tak kulla bilkul bhi nhi Karna hai warna blood clotting Jo ho rakha hai wahan wo dhul Jayega Jo ki Sahi nhi hota. 2) extraction ke 24 hrs tak brush nhi Karna hai aur na hi koi bhi garam Khana Khana hai. 3) extraction ke 48 hrs ke baad se namak wale paani se kam se kam pure din mei 3 Baar gargle Karna hai. And most importantly extraction wale jagah pe tounge ko pherna nhi hai at any cost kyunki extraction hone se wahan pe blood clot hota hai Jo ki wahan rehna zruri hai heal Karne ke liye.
