Todays video will be a step by step tutorial on how to do a low taper. If you have any questions on tools or on the haircut drop a comment thank you for watching.
2:50 If you make the guideline straight like at the end of eyebrow height does that mean you have to skip the 3/4 opened part? Or do you have start with 3/4 open instead of fully open?
I’m a beginning barber I’m trying to learn I been having trouble getting rid of the lines and blending what would you suggest? I been trying to cut as much as I can to get hands on but you think watching videos helps a lot?
What I usually like to do is flick out the clipper more when creating guidelines so they fade out easier. And I learned a good amount from videos just learning different fading techniques
@@Zapiencuts yo bro your tutorial helped out a lot the steps you did helped me major my back tapers coming cleaner. I want to ask you another question cause the sides got worse for me i did the same steps and that shit just came out looking bald from the sides. Idk where I went wrong tbh, i follow the same steps and the back was the only thing that came out good

The reason for the angle of the guideline is to create more space to fade if it’s a straight line the taper will be higher
I have a questions how do you know where to set your guidelines to make sure both sides look identical
Low taper would be around the end of eyebrows to mid earlobe
