Seven days of hiking in Austria on the Großglockner loop (Glocknerrunde). This was my hiking trip around the highest peak in Austria! This hiking trip in the austrian mountains was so fantastic. Explore the mountains, feel the spirit and become free! I captured this adventure with a sony a73 camera and a samyang 14mm lens as well as a dji mavic pro 2 drone.

Die Umrundung des Großglockners (Glocknerrunde) im herzen des Nationalparks Hohen Tauern. Zwischen der beeindruckenden, vergletscherten Hochgebirgslandschaft und der über Jahrhunderte gepflegten, bergbäuerlichen Kulturlandschaft, bietet die Glocknerrunde ein einzigartiges Natur- und Wandererlebnis.
Der Großglockner ist mit einer Höhe von 3798 m ü. A. der höchste Berg Österreichs. Die markante Spitze aus Gesteinen der Grünschieferfazies gehört zur Glocknergruppe, einer Bergkette im mittleren Teil der Hohen Tauern, und gilt als einer der bedeutendsten Gipfel der Ostalpen. Seit den ersten Erkundungen Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts.
Die Hohen Tauern sind eine Hochgebirgsregion der Zentralalpen in Österreich. Der rund 120 km lange und bis 3798 m ü. A. hohe Hauptkamm stellt die geografische Mitte der Ostalpen dar. Hier befinden sich - neben den Ötztaler Alpen - die höchsten Berge Österreichs.
