What size is best for 3.75" action figures? 1/18 or 1/24?

Hey thanks for showing! I also like to point out that at some point there were a bunch of very detailed 1/72 from brands like Cararama, Yatming, and Real-X that would give a high quality 1/64 a run for the money.
Great point! Thank you for sharing. I don't have any 1/72 models but I would love to take a look at them.
The 1/43 scale is pretty good especially if your space is limited. Plus you have a very impressive range of cars. I'd say 1/43 is even the most popular scale. But if it is about the people who love details then 1/18 and 1/24 is the best choice. But these models are also taking a lot of space. I am currently at about 46 models in 1/18 and 2 more models should arrive soon, haha. A subscriber of mine has probably the biggest collection of 1/43 models. In the comments check for the guy Youngtimer Oldtimer and you will be impressed.
That’s very awesome to hear thanks for the insight. I always liked big cars with much detail so I prefer the bigger ones but 1/43 definitely seems like a great size to collect!
Awesome Video Thanks I Had Just Bought A1/24 Scale RC Car And Wasn’t Sure How Big It Was Going To Be

This is a great comparison, especially if you are a beginner in this collecting journey 😁👍
I will remain a 1/43 scale collector as I find it the perfect balance between details and dimensions of a model car 😁
Awesome content 👏

i like 1/36, like Corgi, & 1/24, i wish more companies did 1/24 scale, its a nice balance between size & detail, i find them harder to get though, specially here in the UK.
Yea it would be nice if there were more cars in 1/24 scale. It’s a good price point as well. I believe welly and Maisto got a pretty cool selection
Cool video!!!
very useful, thanks
Love all the cars😍😍🥰

Thank you 🙏
Thanks for this bro
Np :)
THABK U SOOOO MUCH
Nice
Thanks bud. This helped.
No problem! I’m glad it did.
1/43 is an odd size for sports car models, however along with 1/18 its the most popular size for race cars, specifically GT and Formula 1 cars.
Bro I'm confused about 1/36 vs 1/38, is there a difference between them or it's depend on the models in real life?
Thank you so much
You're most welcome. If you have any questions let me know. More videos coming soon
Thank you!
Thank you for watching
Thanks now I know the difference
Np, plz subscribe for more diecast content :)
so i have this 10cm figurine that i want to display in a parking garage. 1:18 motorcyle is the right size for him and i think maybe 1:24 car is also the perfect size if hes standing next to it. now which garage size should i get for him ? 1:18 or 1:24 garage ?
Thank you for making video :) I want to buy 1/18 scale but I don't know the inches 😅. However, good explaining
No problem! Thanks for watching. Haha yea it is easy to get the sizing confused. I’m glad it helped and let me know if you have any more questions. Also plz subscribe for more diecast content! 😁
Amazing vid! What brand is the 1:24 corvette? just wondering
Thanks! The vette is by Maisto and it was with spare black wheels instead of the original silver wheels.
Oh ok thanks
Cool
Dude! Where did you get the mustang convertible? That looks dope!
Thanks! It’s by Maisto and I luckily found the exact one from eBay. You can check it out www.ebay.com/i/183065896004?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&itemid=183065896004&targetid=935065066227&device=m&mktype=pla&googleloc=9031532&poi=&campaignid=10877149903&mkgroupid=107473315912&rlsatarget=pla-935065066227&abcId=9300400&merchantid=113602029&gclid=CjwKCAiAv4n9BRA9EiwA30WND35oQhzKIZKijXV-aOypdfLCjRPgn-ag7LSy4w9SPZhmO-85N6VAsBoCoX0QAvD_BwE
@@DiecastCarWorldDCW59 ok. Thnx!
where you get that mustang?
Quick question. I’m a new collector with not much money, what are the different prices for the sizes and what would you recommend
Similar to the scale sizes, the smaller cars are usually cheaper. 1/64 can range from $5 to $20. 1/36 are usually $5 to $10. 1/24 from $15 to $30+ and 1/18 from $30 to $300 + for high quality models. It also depends on the quality and brand of the diecast cars.
Will the 1/18 fit for Marvel Legends figures?
Thanks for also saying centimeters
No problem! If you have any questions, let me know.
I am 200th sub
Wow congrats I didn’t even know I hit 200! Thanks man.
yay now i can make my own 1/36 scale car movie
Sounds great
Thanks 👍🏻
Np :)
Meine Sammlung ist bei den 1:24 und morgen besorge ich mir meinen ersten 1:18 Lamborghini Sian und bin gespannt wie 1:18 so ist.
I'm trying to figure out which one would be best to put figures like mega construx into. 1/18? or 1/24? They are about the size of an average teen or adult Thumb.
I think 1:18 can be better because sometimes it can be hard to fit inside 1:24
thank u so much....
Any time
is there a differnece between 1:36 and 1:32. There are some cars I like in 32 while others in 36. Im not sure which one to start getting/ if they be will fine together.
There is a slight size difference due to the manufacturer. They will be fine together if you don’t mind certain cars to be slightly wider / longer than other cars. For example, a coupe might be bigger than a SUV model.
What’s a power wheels for scale
I’m starting a Fast and Furious collection and right now I have 9 1:24 cars and am stuck if 1:24 is or will be valuable in the future the manufacturer is Jada is this a good start or would it be worth money bc it’s a movie franchise collection ??
That’s so cool! I’m not sure, but who knows, maybe in a long future, the value will go up!
I found 1:18 and 1:43 to be mostly quite realistic and detailed, and 1:32 mostly toys? 1:24 is not expensive but can be well made and detailed? correct me if I'm wrong please!
Yes 1:32 are mostly toys but it is definitely collectable . They are usually cheaper than some 1;43 and most 1:24.
I have ton of 1/64
1/32 cars
Very few of 1/43
And 1/24
I have 1/25 cars as well for model kits cars
that’s an awesome collection you’ve got bro
anyone know where I could get a octane red widebody charger model car?
They have a 1/64 scale charger in that color online but sadly it doesn’t have the widebody. If you’re looking for Widebody autoart also made a 1/18 but it is a Challenger SRT hellcat
nice video dude. is that white car a scion? who made it?
Imperial Diecast thanks bro it is a Scion FR-S I don’t have it with me so I’m not 100% sure but I think it’s made by Unifortune. Thanks for watching, plz subscribe for more 👍🏻
@@DiecastCarWorldDCW59 of course I did (and pressed the bell) :) btw the 1/18 car, what kinda mustang is it and who made it?
everytime when i search for scale i always try to find this video!
glad it helped !
what other diecastvideo will be helpful?

Hi! I invite you to my channel!
Matt Ryozo Sarmiento thanks bro I’m very glad.
Can anybody tell me what scale car could you fit an 6 inch action figure in?
1/12
I was wondering which size best for 3.75" action figures 1/18 vs 1/24??
I bought a diecast car from dollar general I'm not sure what scale it is I think its 1/43 but if I could get confirmation it would be great
Sure send me a picture on Instagram or tell me the measurements for the car
I'm torn right now. I like 1/24 but they usually lack some details. 1/18 usually have the most detail but they are a bigger difference In size then I thought.
Ah I see. If you like the size of the 1/24, you may have to pay more but you could get very detailed 1/24 scale model, it will just be more pricey.
Is there a specific model ur looking for?
@@DiecastCarWorldDCW59 I've been looking at C8's, new Honda Civic Hatchbacks, and Nissan GTRs as one of my first cars to collect. I found a 1/18 scale Civic Hatchback already opened on eBay for $78 which I thought was way over priced. Where do you usually look for them?
@@DiecastCarWorldDCW59 And I might just go with a 1/18 scale but I'd like to buy a good looking 1/18 model and a good 1/24 model and see the differences In detail for myself. I have a 1/24 Gallardo that I bought a while back that looks okay but not the best quality.
Good choice. I actually made a video on where to buy the best diecast cars so you should check it out! The website is www.diecastmodelswholesale.com
I collect 1:64 scale cars. There are a few cars that I want but, they are 1:43 scale. I don't know if it will look okay with that size difference, considering all my others are 1:64.
It won't look right
Yea if you put 1/43 along with 1/64 it may look a bit off as the sizes are different, but you could start a separate 1/43 collection!
Brother... Will u sell that autoart Bugatti 1/64 I want that...? Or can u say a way to get them
Those were limited so I don’t think they make 1/64 Bugatti veryrons anymore sadly. If you get lucky, you could find one on eBay for around $100 but I’m not sure how reliable they are.
Hey can you guys pls answer me can a car model sixe 1:32 or 1:36 can fit a lego
most likely not you would have to go to the 1:32 or 1:24
Do you use 3d printer machine? I wonder 🤔
So ur saying they are all very popular
And I like the Corvet cause it's so coooooooool
Matt Ryozo Sarmiento thanks I love the corvette too. Subscribe for more!
Is 1:32 or 1:36 better for beginners because I already have a 1:32, a 1:36 and one that I think is a 1:36.
They’re both good. Which size do you like more? There may be more choice for 1:36 models from brands like kinsmart. Please subscribe for more content!
@@DiecastCarWorldDCW59 ok thanks
pull backs are mostly around the range of 1/36 - 1/40 scale cars, just wanted to help others who wanted to buy a pullback
Yes sometimes 1/32 as well
@@DiecastCarWorldDCW59 oh yeah but i dont think its as popular as a 1/36 scale tho
@@AlokFC74 yup ur right
Sir, how to buy 1:18 in India (tamilnadu) pls reply
There are lot of websites and stores like Amazon, Flipkart, hobtoys , hamleys. It will roughly cost around 3k based on the model
should i start my collection in 1/43 or 1/64?
It depends on what you want. How much space do you have? Do you like really small miniature cars or slightly bigger ones? More cars are available in 1/64 scale. However, 1/43 may have a bit more detail. Ask me any other questions. Hope this helps :)
DiecastCarWorld :: DCW Thanks for your feedback! i think ill do 1/64 if it has more cars cause thats my biggest concern. i also like the whimsical look of minature cars cause i had a few tomicas and hotwheels as a kid. id love to get into the higher end versions of models that size!
I'm a multi-scale collector from 1/72, 1/64, 1/43 ...and 1/18 and I think 1/43 is a good balance between detail and price but they are all getting expensive now to get into collecting, especially 1/43 from a reputable brands like Minichamps, Kyosho, and Autoart. After saying that 1/64 has come a long way (non Hot wheels) just look at Ebay on brands like MiniGT, Schuco, Tarmac Works, and off course if you are into Japanese cars, Inno64 just to name a fews. Good luck and enjoy this great hobby!
It’s a personal decision what scale do you like most how much room do you have for displaying them I enjoy building them except for a few of my favourite rides I build 1:24 sale plastic my favourite cars I will buy a bigger 1:16 scale die cast. and detail it out
I started my collection by getting a Nissan GTR R-35 in blue (1:32)
I can't decide between 24 and 18
Do u prefer the bigger cars with more details? How much room do you have for the cars? What’s your budget? These are some of the things to consider which can help you choose. I can do a video on this if you’d like as well.
@DiecastCarWorld :: DCW yes I like the 24 but want to save 18 for the better cars
Diebcast cars get smaller than 1/64 also
i got a corvette zr1 1.24
That’s awesome! What color
1/18 is perfect for details but they are very big, hard to display and find space, and very pricy. Imagine, here in Europe you can buy a 1/24 scale car for 15-25€, a 1/18 scale cost about 45€!!! I mean, double of the price for 5cm lenght and some added details is ridicoulus. I stick with 1/24 and i'm happy honestly.
There’s just something special about the size of 1/18 in my opinion. The car is big enough where it feels almost real haha

I'm going to get sick from the filming style, just like I did in the movie Cloverfield.
You forgot 1:32
No body can play with them if scale is also used to determine weight
Real bugatti weight about 2500kg
Toy bugatti weight = 2500/64= 39.9 or 40 kg approx
So who gonna play with 40 kg toy car
Ahaha facts, it’s good that the scale only determines the size… if it was the weight too that would be nuts
